According to the document requirements, the company’s internal personnel control measures are as follows:
1: Ensure sufficient reserves of epidemic prevention and control materials. According to the size of the unit and the number of employees, equip sufficient medical masks, thermometers, hands-free disinfectant, 84 disinfectant, 75% alcohol, spray (constant, ultra-low capacity), personal protective articles for disinfection personnel and other prevention and control materials. The amount of reserves shall not be less than two weeks. Designate special personnel to be responsible for ensuring the standardized and effective use of prevention and control materials.
2: Strictly manage access. 4: Reduce agglomeration activities. During the epidemic period, reduce gathering activities, generally do not hold meetings or ceremonies of crowd gathering, advocate holding video conferences, reduce activities to places with poor ventilation and dense flow of people, and minimize personnel flow and concentration. In principle, employees will not be arranged to go on business trips, and those who must go on business will be subject to medical observation after returning
5. All employees of the company must do a good job in personal protection, wear masks, wash hands frequently, and be ventilated regularly, so as to achieve two points and one line, do not gather, do not leave fat unnecessarily, maintain social distance, and pay attention to personal hygiene
